Tessel counts its installations by sending a small message to stats.syncster.dev: a random id that names the installation and not you, the version, and the kind of system. Nothing else is sent, and tessel telemetry off turns it off. What Tessel reports lists it in full.

The programs and apps you build with Tessel send nothing, and show no ads.

This website shows ads from Google AdSense. To choose and count the ads, Google and its partners set cookies in your browser and may show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google explains this in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can turn off personalised ads in My Ad Center, or block the cookies in your browser; the website works the same without them.

The website has no analytics of its own. Like any website, its host keeps ordinary server logs.
